British MEP Rupert Lowe completed a report claiming that 250,000 British girls were raped by mostly Pakistani men. He said it was going on for probably 50 years. The pedophiles offered the girls gifts and eventually drugged them.
For years, the British authorities allegedly ignored it because they feared being called racists.
“Approximately 87% of convicted gang members bore distinctively Muslim names, far exceeding the roughly 6% Muslim share of Britain’s general population. The gangs operated across Rotherham, Rochdale, Huddersfield, Oxford, Telford, Oldham, Bradford, Newcastle, and dozens of other towns and cities,” he wrote.
Lowe is receiving a lot of criticism for the way he came up with the number of 250,000. Those aren’t actual numbes. He extrapolated the number, computing as pollsters do. In any case, it is too many.
The UK Rape Gang Inquiry the first phase of its work and it was established to examine one of the most horrendous scandals in the long history of UK — the systematic targeting of vulnerable girls, overwhelmingly White British, by predominantly Pakistani gangs across towns and cities.
The inquiry was survivor-led, and their stories are horrific.
The girls were largely poor and vulnerable. No one seemed to care enough about them.
