Foreign-born Biden judge Sparkle Sooknanan has barred the Trump administration from checking voters’ citizenship data.
Democrats are terrified at the thought of illegals no longer being able to vote. They don’t want them checked for ID, and now they won’t let the federal government check via their far-left judge.
The federal government was using a federal database to purge illegal voters.
A federal judge on Monday ruled that the Trump administration acted unlawfully when it created a centralized database containing Americans’ private information, which she said has since been used by some states to incorrectly remove U.S. citizens from their voter rolls.

U.S. District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan in Washington, D.C., sided with a voting rights group and a nonprofit that works to protect privacy, finding that the administration violated three laws with its new system, which includes Americans’ citizenship data.
“All in all, the federal government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred right to vote,” she wrote. “This Court cannot stand idly by while that happens.”
All of a sudden, Democrats care about privacy.
