The street vendors who don’t abide by health laws or any laws are being given even more encouragement by Zohran Kwame Mamdani, mayor of New York City. One of his 50 new reforms includes not requiring them to keep their permit on them at all times.
Zohran is turning New York City into the third world. It was already on its way thanks to Bill de Blasio and Eric Adams, but neither of them could equal Zohran’s ineptitude.

The man who would be governor, Xavier Becerra, has no sense whatsoever. He wants people to go to street vendors instead of restaurants that follow health codes.
Xavier Becerra is advising people that for the “real thing” in tacos, you have to go to a street vendor. They might well be unlicensed, probably not compliant with food-handling codes, and when did they last wash their hands? Becerra claims it’s the “real thing.”
So you will get ptomaine poisoning but have the real thing.
The next Governor of CA just told everyone to avoid CA Mexican restaurants like Tito’s Tacos and Don Antonio’s and instead go to an illegal street vendor who doesn’t pay taxes nor follow any health codes. And he thought “yeah let’s post that on main”.
