The lone dissenting juror in the Lindsay Clancy case did his civic duty. He held up to the battering by some very aggressive pink ladies. The price for his courage and for doing what he felt was right is being targeted by the attorney, the attorney’s wife, Oprah’s pink ladies, and radicals going to his home and interviewing his family. It’s unprecedented. We have never seen anything like this.
George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley didn’t hold back when attorney Kevin Reddington made his post-trial comments about the lone holdout juror in an effort to put a target on his back.
As Turley said, Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington knew before he spoke that his comments were likely to result in that lone juror being identified and harassed.
“For Reddington and others, the hung jury was less ‘Twelve Angry Men’ and more ‘One Angry Man.’ Yet, what he did in front of the courthouse was utterly reprehensible …” Turley wrote.
“…The attack on the holdout juror that was a breathtaking abandonment of restraint and decency. Reddington knows it is very likely that the name of this juror (he has already been identified as one of only the three men on the jury) will eventually be uncovered by Internet sleuths. He effectively put a target on the back of a juror who committed the unpardonable sin of not being convinced by his arguments.”
Deb and NBC Join in to Protect a Killer
Even Reddington’s wife, Deb, has joined in, and the media is only too quick to spread it around.
She has been posting comments like this:
“The Lindsay Clancy trial ended in a MISTRIAL — 11–1 for NGI, Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. ELEVEN jurors reached NGI. One did not. According to the note sent to the judge by the foreperson, one juror “refused” to follow the jury instructions.”
“The prosecution carried the burden of proof. Eleven jurors were NOT convinced Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible. Eleven reached NGI. DEFENSE Evidence and witness testimony proved she was in MH crisis… Let that sink in.”
The American Left Is Trying to Destroy the Lone Juror
They have doxed him and broadcast his personal life, even the part about him falling on hard times and facing eviction.
Now the Left is showing up at his home and talking with his family, digging for dirt. They are calling him horrific names over allegations that went nowhere.
The homicidal postpartum club wants you to know that if you don’t go along with the proper verdict, they will destroy you.
Several of the most arrogant and aggressive jurors also put a target on his back because he didn’t do as they said.
Every system of government is being destroyed by fanatics. They continually attack the justice system if it doesn’t go their way. This is pure evil from the left. They are polluting the future jury pool in the Clancy case, and it’s deliberate.
These people have no boundaries or standards. And why? They want to acquit a deranged child-killer who planned and executed the murders of her three children. She committed them in the most vicious, personal way and watched the life slowly leave their bodies. The defenseless children watched in horror and terror as their own mother tightened exercise bands around their necks and squeezed until they died. She did it not once, not twice, but three times. Is a guilty verdict so out of line with reason?
Insofar as we know, no other juror has had their personal life investigated. He should sue.
