The case of the Cornell 7 is disturbing, at least because of the wild drug and sex orgy among university students. If it was a rape, then it is much worse. However, that is in doubt, and the media is lying about the men because of their own biases. Women aren’t always innocent. The men are being convicted in the court of public opinion over her lawsuit two years after the fact, and she remains anonymous. The county and the corrupt New York State Attorney General’s office are also investigating the men. If she lied, nothing will happen to her.
The Investigations
Our corrupt governor Kathy Hochul has Letitia James investigating.
Prosecutors in central New York say they are reopening the investigation of an alleged “gang rape” at a Cornell University fraternity in 2024 after a civil lawsuit filed earlier this month sparked outrage about the incident.
Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten said in a statement that his office is considering whether to bring criminal charges related to the incident, although her original signed statement did not warrant prosecution.
“She never says that she was drugged without her knowledge. The woman admits to taking drugs and alcohol voluntarily and with knowledge. She does not allege that she was forced to engage in any acts. She does not say that she was physically helpless or unconscious or incapacitated at any point during the time at the fraternity house,” Van Houten said.
People think it’s okay to name the men who could be innocent, but not the woman who could be lying. As a result, the men are being destroyed. This approach treats them as guilty until proven innocent.
The alleged victim said she was impacted by booze and drugs, which she willingly took. However, the men were also inebriated.
Only 4 of the 7 had sex with her, according to the 2024 account, but 7 men are being held to account.
Mediaite outlined her original statement:
- She was already heavily inebriated when she went to the frat party.
- She went willingly to have sex with one fraternity member, and then agreed to a threesome involving another male.
- When her initial date passed out, she agreed to engage in sex with the second partner and a third male.
- At some point, a text message went out, leading to seven males being in the room, but after she consented to various participants taking ketamine off of their bodies and hers, the proposed gang sex made her uncomfortable. One of the males compelled most of the others to leave.
- After her reticence with the crowd, she willingly went to another room and engaged in another threesome with her original date and the fourth male.
Also, text messages she sent to the first male after the event were pleasant, and she never said she was raped. Perhaps she forgot; however, she knew what happened and was still eager to meet with the first man she had originally gone to see.
The next day, she seemed clear-minded and expressed no contempt about what happened. She specifically said nothing illegal happened.
Did she lie then, or i she lying now? She was upset after the fact that the fraternity the boys were uninvited her to a party.
