Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei said on Saturday (July 11) that avenging his slain predecessor and father was “the demand of the nation” and “must certainly” take place. He most definitely does not care about the hardships the people must suffer, and somehow believes he is doing this for God. In the Christian religion, we don’t believe in revenge, and we don’t act with vengeance in God’s name. They believe the opposite, and as they wish peace upon everyone, they call for a final battle for the sake of revenge. These are the people who easily and without much thought murdered 40,000 of their own people who crave freedom.
These are leaders who have bullied and attacked the West and the Gulf nations for four decades. This is the nation that is building a nuclear bomb protected by cheap drones and missiles, most of it underground. They prepare for the final battle and the coming of the 12th imam, which is pure fiction that they believe.
Mojtaba is reportedly even more rigid, more fundamentalist than his father was. Reports indicate that conditions in the country are terrible, and the Ayatollah wants people to know that they must accept them.

“Peace be upon you, and upon your grandfather, your father, your mother, your brother, and the infallibles from among your descendants. Greetings to the Imam, whose life-giving call to rise echoed the mighty and resonant message of the prophet’s mission deep into the farthest reaches of history, and from whose influence the Islamic revolution of Iran emerged-a revolution that was fundamentally Husseini, built upon the slogan and path of Hussein, and the pride of Iran’s martyrs also grew with the same path. He was Husseini.
“He thought like Hussein; he acted like Hussein, and he fought and resisted in the way of Hussein; he lived like Hussein and offered his blood for the cause of Hussein, attaining martyrdom. Martyrdom among the ranks of Hussein.
“There are those who, when their blood is unjustly shed in the path of Hussein, and for the cause and principles of Hussein, peace be upon him, the Islamic community is stirred into action, and at that moment, the time becomes Ashura, and the place becomes Karbala.
“Now that same Husseini fervor has inspired a nation and given new life to the school of Khomeini the Great and the martyr Khomeini, that is the life-giving uproar that echoes the call of Hussein’s oppression and the cry of “Is there anyone to help me?” It rises up in Iran and then in Iraq and other countries as well, and it shakes the foundations of falsehood.
“On this occasion, I sincerely want to express my gratitude for the astonishing enemy defeating and historic turnout of tens of millions of people in the cities and villages of Iran and Iraq, especially in Tehran, Qom, Najaf, Kabbalah, and Mashhad. Our nation seeks justice for Hussein.
His message: keep sacrificing for vengeance sake
“For years, this great nation has sacrificed its children in the path of Hussain, and they have sacrificed themselves in the war against the enemies of Hussain in a Saini way, and even now they seek justice for him and for the Husseinis of our time.
“Now I address our martyred leader, O oppressed martyr, O proud oppressed one, ah, servant of God for so many years, now that with tearful eyes and broken hearts we bid farewell to your body, we make a pact with you to uphold your ideals and to steadfastly follow the straight path you’ve shown us, and not to be afraid of hardships along the way. And just like you, we will hold on to the glad tidings and promises of God. We pledge to avenge your pure blood and that of all martyrs of these two boars from the hands of the shameless and criminal murderers. This revenge is the demand of our nation, and it must definitely be carried out.“
