Barack Obama honored America’s 250th anniversary by taking a swipe at President George Washington and the other Founding Fathers. He says they had a “deep flaw” for their ties to slavery despite being “geniuses.” Barack has deep flaws also; he’s a small “c” communist.
Obama is trying to judge people from 250 years ago in the current timeframe. It’s just ridiculous. You can’t do that. It’s an anachronism; sure, they knew it wasn’t right, and they did what they could at the time. They should have given up their slaves right away. That’s true.
They came up with a Constitution that would eventually give total freedom to everyone. They needed to keep the union together, knowing that future generations would change it. They risked their lives, and many lost everything. Maybe that was enough to ask of them.
Uh, the Civil War
Barack Obama never mentions that the Civil War was fought by mostly white men to free them.
“I think sometimes we get confused in thinking that these two stories are separate. They’re intertwined, right? Which is why it’s possible for me to be a great admirer of George Washington, and also acknowledge he was a slaveholder,” said Obama in an interview Sunday with MS NOW.
“That does not negate [Washington’s] greatness; it simply acknowledges that there’s a profound, deep flaw in these Founding Fathers who were also geniuses and gave us these tools,” Obama said.
“It’s that we’re this mixed bag; we’ve got contradictions. And embody the country’s contradictions,” he added.
“The success of this experiment was never a given,” Obama said in his speech, referring to the nation’s founding.
“In forming our union, the founders fell terribly short of the Declaration’s promise, leaving slavery intact, allowing states to restrict the franchise to white men who owned property. But in drafting a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, they did have the foresight, the genius, to provide us with a framework that allows each generation to make our union more perfect,” he added.
Obama’s Deeply Flawed Ancestors
During Obama’s early political rise, researchers found that some of his White ancestors had owned slaves in the U.S.
“While a relative owned slaves, another fought for the Union in the Civil War,” then-Obama spokesman Bill Burton confirmed to the Associated Press in 2007 of the upcoming president’s family history.
His ancestors must also have been deeply flawed, and so were Democrats.
Everything is about race and victimhood with Barack Obama. What he fails to mention is that the slave owners were Democrats, and to be in the KKK in the 1800s, you had to be a Democrat. He never mentions that 10% of the slaves were owned by Black people, and the only people selling black slaves were African Black people. He always forgets to mention that. He also never mentions that Jim Crow was a Democrat invention. He also forgets to mention that the revered Woodrow Wilson was a racist.
People think the parties have changed, reversed in a way, but that really isn’t true. Democrats are still totalitarians. Now they want to enslave all of us in a socialist/communist utopia with full government control.
I don’t know why, on the 250th anniversary, he can’t talk more about our successes, except that he doesn’t like white people or Europeans, despite being half white European himself.
