The Semi-Win of Biological Men in Women’s Sports

President Trump reported on X that the Supreme Court ruled that states can block biological male transgenders (transvestites) from female sports based on biological sex.

He wrote:

“BIG WIN: The United States Supreme Court just RULED AGAINST MEN PLAYING IN WOMEN’S SPORTS. Wow! That takes that ridiculous situation off the table!!!”

It isn’t that big a win. They ruled that states can choose. Therefore, men in blue states can still ruin female sports.

It’s a quasi-win that could be worse.
