We are having problems with people being thrown into moderation. It’s because of the filters used to eliminate spam. It seems to be that or spam. I am always looking for solutions, but haven’t found acceptable ones.
Now I have a question.
Would people like a mic in the comment section so you could comment verbally?
Also, would you like private commenting?
All these things cost money, so be sure you want it.

No need for verbal input. Also, I am too deaf to watch/listen to videos, so I am not interested in audio news reports.

Save your money. Simple commenting is fine. Only issue I’ve seen is first time I click on post I get an error “reCaptcha validation fails. Error code: score-threshold-not-met”, but then I click again and it posts. I wish you would make the email field optional because I’m not giving anyone my real email even for a pound of gold.
I could try it. It might lead to more spamming
