El-Sayed doesn’t support the USA. There is no better proof of that than his own words in tweets in 2021 and 2022. Townhall unearthed Sayed’s old 9/11 posts, which you can read below.
After you read them, imagine posting what he posted and having the gall to use 9/11 and the thousands injured and murdered to go after Mike Rogers, who served his country. That is something El-Sayed never did.
Democrats aren’t angry about the content of the texts, but that they were brought back after he deleted them.
In the tweets, he is obsessed with minimizing the Muslim terror attack on U.S. soil before the wars, and after decades of them bombing the US.

He diminished 9/11 to promote the climate and poverty talking points. He never lays out a plan, just rattles off talking points.

Americans are just tribalistic grievance whiners about 9/11 in his mind.

The real victims of 9/11 are Afghans, the ones we tried to help for 20 years?

Abdul El-Sayed, with the help of the legacy media, is creating a controversy over his opponent, Mike Rogers, not funding the Zadroga Act because of his concerns about the national debt and setting a precedent. Rogers was trying to hold the line on spending. Congress didn’t need his vote. Rogers served his country in the US Army and the FBI. He is an expert in military intelligence and always supported the hunt for Osama bin Laden and other terrorists.
El Sayed never served his country, but let a stolen valor claim go uncorrected.
In 2026, El Sayed was falsely described in some Michigan‑based mailers as a “veteran” by the Michigan Independent, a publication linked to the American Independent Foundation and funded in part by George Soros. The claim was later explained as a typo — the intended phrase was “veteran doctor,” meaning an experienced physician, not a military veteran. However, he is not a physician. He is educated as one, but he has never completed medical residency, obtained a medical license, or practiced medicine.
DISGUSTING.

We scarred other countries in the mind of this subversive Islamist communist.
