Gov. Newsom Threatens Anyone Who Helps Feds Validate California Elections

Gov. Gavin Newsom has legalized voter fraud in a number of ways. He won’t allow voter ID and without it, it’s virtually impossible to prove voter fraud. If they get away with it, it will eventually be irreversible.

Universal mail-in voting, motor voter registration, counting ballots weeks after Election Day, and legalized ballot harvesting have made the system highly susceptible to fraud.

Newsom’s threat:

“Let me speak directly to anyone considering helping President Trump interfere with our election or our count. If you violate California’s laws, if you interfere with our voters, tamper with our ballots or meddle in our election, you will be prosecuted. It doesn’t matter who gave the order. That’s why I’m moving forward with new legislation that would make it a felony to seize ballots before the vote has been certified by state and county officials. We will be the wall he cannot get past because we believe that once an election is decided, the winner governs for everyone.

You will be prosecuted.”

Newsom is wrong. In federal elections, the U.S. Constitution’s Supremacy Clause (Art. VI) and federal election laws can preempt conflicting state rules. Federal authorities with a valid court warrant may access ballots or records, overriding State and Local restrictions.

However, he would follow through on his threats and let it go on for years until the Supreme Court heard the case. Then, his predecessor would find a way around a disagreeable ruling.
