James Woods Points Out the Real Problem on Birthright Citizenship

James Woods’ insightful message highlights Congress’s failure in the birthright citizenship case. Yes, the Court is responsible for having no common sense, but the obvious problem is that the legislative branch will not act. Under John Thune, it will never act.

The hysteria over the unsurprising recent decisions of the Roberts Court shines a light on the real problem facing America today. Of the three branches of government, we currently have an activist Judiciary, a powerful Executive, but a flat tire when it comes to the Legislative branch.

Birthright citizenship, for example, was not expected to be overturned by the Supreme Court. Congress could easily establish common sense legislation that would define more clearly the original purpose and boundaries intended by the 14th Amendment. That would, however, require John Thune to act like an American statesman rather than a RINO hack, so there is, as usual, no hope.

As long as the pansy-ass Republicans mince around the halls of Congress, we are doomed.

President Trump is quite alone in this battle for our survival. He does have people like Tom Homan who will try to help.

Border Czar Tom Homan will step up enforcement. He said they are doing record amounts, but “now we need to do more,” and we “need to really buckle down on birth tourism.”

He said what we all know to be true. This birthright citzenship has always been a driver of illegal immigration. The Yuma and El Paso hospital beds are 100% illegal migrants. That is not a coincidence. He explained that it will always be a driver of illegal migration, and it is a national security threat.

Nationals from China and Russia are using birth tourism in the thousands and millions. The children are raised in their home countries and then come here and have an impact on how the country is run.

He hopes Congress acts.

Will we one day have other Independence Days competing with July 4?

Senator Rand Paul is deeply concerned about today’s birthright citizenship case, and is calling on Americans to call Congress to support his Constitutional Amendment to end Birthright Citizenship.

This Supreme Court ruling seriously damaged the integrity of American Citizenship, but trying to pass a Constitutional Amendment might be very difficult, considering the people who would have to vote for it. They won’t vote for anything the people want.

Sen. Schmidt’s idea is more feasible. He hopes to pass a law barring children born to mothers here temporarily from becoming US citizens.
