Justice Ginsburg was admitted to the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where she is “resting comfortably” after being treated for a possible infection. According to a court spokesperson, Ginsburg will remain for “a few days to receive intravenous antibiotic treatment.”
She was taken to the hospital earlier today with chills and fever.
The court issued a statement.
“Justice Ginsburg was admitted to The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland early this morning for treatment of a possible infection,” spokeswoman Kathleen Arberg said Tuesday.
