Mr. Zelenskyy Wants to Use Starlink to Attack Russia: Putin Threatens a Space War

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy wants the US to sanction Chinese and Russian companies involved in the rival Rassvet System. Zelenskyy said, “We know that China works on satellites, works on the possibility of helping Russia with a similar Starlink.”

In other words, Zelenskyy wants Trump’s permission to use Starlink to attack the Russians. Hopefully, that’s a NO! Zelenskyy has been making the case for expanded Starlink use with U.S. officials for at least several weeks. He also wants Musk’s permission. The Associated Press reported in December that two NATO-nation intelligence services suspect Russia is developing a new anti-satellite weapon to target Musk’s Starlink constellation with destructive orbiting clouds of shrapnel.

But how far are we going to go with the war? We are being dragged into a direct war.

As expected, it infuriated the Russians.

Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of the Kremlin’s Security Council, blasted the request.

Any calls “to ‘block’ Russia’s Rassvet satellite constellation can only imply its destruction”, he fumed, reports Claudia Lee at The Sun. “And that will lead to a full-scale space war.”

Medvedev continued: “I hope the US understands this.

“Otherwise, their low-orbit Starlink satellites will then come dropping like decorations off a dried-out Christmas tree.

“Space is a very cramped place, so it’s a must to be mutually polite.”

Starlink is a grave threat to the Russians.

President Trump needs to get us out of this endless war before we end up in a World War and a space war.
