Islamist communist Zohran Mamdani and his comrades in Democrat states are suing the Trump administration for denying green cards to foreigners who are likely to rely on welfare. This will end in expensive court cases paid for by taxpayers.
The Socialists and Communists appear to want the poorest, least educated, and criminals in this country.
In what country can people come in and demand welfare at taxpayer expense? All ICE is doing, all Trump is doing, is following the law. Before these Democrats found out the immigrants were voting for them, they wanted the country overrun with their voters.
Before that, no one was allowed in unless they had sponsors and could work to support their families.
Jumaane Williams claimed President Trump said only White South Africans can come in and go on welfare. Trump never said any such thing.
The usual dozens of Democrat states are suing to give welfare to people who will apply for Green cards. But Democrats claim they don’t give welfare to illegal aliens.
The Public Charge Rule
The lawsuit, filed jointly with NY Attorney General Letitia James, targets the Trump administration’s plan to expand the “public charge” rule, which allows the federal government to deny visa applications based on the likelihood that the applicant will receive public benefits. Trump’s administration seeks to expand the list of benefits that apply under the rule, with the change taking effect Sept. 18.
“If you are a citizen, or an individual seeking humanitarian relief like asylum, these changes will not affect you,” Mamdani said at a press conference Monday. “The new public charge rule not only sweeps aside more than a century of established law, but it is also intentionally vague as a means of creating uncertainty and fear to isolate immigrant New Yorkers.”
“Make no mistake, this is an undisguised effort to strip New Yorkers of the services they rely on, the public benefits they are entitled to,” Mamdani raged.
He and his comrades want more third-world hellholes as we see throughout California and other Democrat cities. They want people who can’t support themselves. Those are the people who vote for Democrats and their endless handouts.
The foreign-born communist mayor announced that multiple other cities across the country are joining New York’s lawsuit against the Trump administration, including Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Clara County and King County.
Mamdani wants us to welcome deadbeats from around the world.
