The Democratic Assembly of California is trying to pass a law banning employment in law enforcement for anyone who worked for ICE and CBP, including clerks, janitors, mail clerks, techs, etc. Obviously, Democrats want foreigners’ votes to ensure their political power in perpetuity. If they only hire open-border law enforcement officers, that eliminates effective enforcement of the law.
The law is discriminatory and ignores agents’ performance in their positions. They pass these insane laws to Get Out the Vote.
Democrats are working hard to vilify our brave ICE and CBP law enforcement officers.
Democrats easily passed that bill in the state assembly. The bill’s sponsor, Democrat Mark Gonzalez, says this: “These agents disgust me, and they have no place, no right to serve the public here in California. So I am proud to stand with the Speaker in drawing a line. If you want to choose violence, if you want to choose violent civil rights and follow blatantly racist orders from this oppressive federal administration, good luck finding a job here in the Golden State.”
This is the first bill of its kind. Other Democrat states will probably follow after November.
Khaylee McGhee White referenced Democrats’ protections for illegal aliens and their goal of punishing anyone trying to follow the law. They want to discriminate against anyone in line with border laws. It is their MO. They condemn law-abiding citizens while protecting people coming into the country illegally. It is a federal crime.
Democrats continually claim open borders are humane and demand abolishing ICE and CBP. Open borders will destroy us if Democrats come back into power. Having a border is far more compassionate, but Democrats know that. This line of reasoning is to cater to foreigners.
Gavin Newsom may sign the bill despite court challenges.
It sounds unconstitutional.
