Two 13-year-olds are in custody after police said their parents turned them in following an assault on a man at a San Bernardino apartment complex, ABC News reports.
Surveillance video from the Aug. 14 incident shows one of the attackers kicking the victim in the head while the other steals his phone.
Investigators said the teens targeted a man who was relaxing in a jacuzzi at the Creekside Village Apartments.
The victim suffered a concussion in the attack. Both teens are facing felony charges.
Hopefully, they will straighten out. It must be heartbreaking for these parents.
