He and Melania kick off with the formal welcome, remarks, gifts, and military reviews, then he goes straight into bilateral and expanded talks in the Oval and Cabinet Room while Melania hosts Madame Peng at the Smithsonian. After that, he still takes his intelligence briefing and runs a policy meeting before they greet Xi again for evening remarks and the East Room dinner.
President Trump will work hard and is undoubtedly well-prepared for this visit.
