Rep. Abe Hamadeh filed Articles of Impeachment against Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, a foreign-born Biden judge who has barred the Trump administration from checking voters’ citizenship data.
She ruled that the Trump administration acted unlawfully when it created a centralized database containing Americans’ private information, which she said has since been used by some states to incorrectly remove U.S. citizens from their voter rolls.
That is nonsense. It’s about time someone tried to do something about a rogue judge.
