Secretary Markwayne Mullin confirmed that they know Ilhan Omar married her brother to bring him into the US.
“We know that she married her brother to try to bring him into the United States… possibly some illegal activity.”
He said it could be part of something bigger involving the whole family and how they are here.
The Daily Mail reported:
The Department of Homeland Security office did not deny Mullin’s claims that Omar did indeed marry her brother.
‘As a matter of policy, DHS does not comment on specific investigative techniques, ongoing investigations, or potential future actions,’ a spokesperson said, seemingly coming at odds with Mullin’s disclosure.
‘No one, including members of Congress, is above the law,’ the spokesperson added.
I don’t know. She has done quite well evading the law so far.

In March, Vice President JD Vance officially confirmed that Rep. Ilhan Omar Committed Immigration Fraud:
“Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America.”
Vance says the White House is going to “go after” Omar for these crimes.
“What are the legal remedies now that we know she’s committed immigration fraud? How do you go after her? How do you investigate her? How do you actually build the case to actually get some justice for the American people?”
Vance also called for a probe into Omar’s knowledge of rampant Somali fraud in Minnesota:
“She has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somali community.”
Omar said it is the worst country in the world. She also said she is only in Congress for Somalia. Let’s make her happy and send her home.
