Senator Rand Paul is releasing documentation on Dr.Fauci’s dishonest portrayal of the origins of SARS-CoV-2. From the beginning, scientists were skeptical that COVID originated from nature, and their suspicions continued to grow. Dr. Fauci was not only dishonest, but he also conspired with others to perpetrate the fiction.
What scientists told us publicly is not what they said in private.
The media is ignoring this.
Senator Paul wrote on X:
My committee has painstakingly combed through millions of documents related to the government’s response to COVID. Our investigation reveals that Anthony Fauci destroyed government records and recommended that other members of government delete emails and then delete them from their deleted files. Dr. Fauci and his virologist allies privately believed that the pandemic may have come from a lab leak but publicly argued that it was implausible. They conspired to condemn and demean anyone who argued that the pandemic could have leaked from the Wuhan Lab and never, ever accepted responsibility for the terrible decision to fund this dangerous research in China.
Paul said that at least now people will have the truth.
The authors publicly said there was “no evidence” SARS-CoV-2 was engineered.
Privately, Kristian Andersen put the odds of a lab leak at 30%. Eddie Holmes estimated 20% — later revised down to 10%. Those aren’t zero.

They coordinated with the intelligence community. They were covering their butts and enriching themselves in the process as large grants were made available.
Andersen also told his co-authors “the spooks will spend quite a bit of time in Sunny San Diego” during the IC’s review — and asked Garry if he’d be questioned too. Garry said he “hadn’t been contacted yet.”

When the DARPA DEFUSE paper leaked, they discussed the cover-up and managing the paper trail. They were able to make it disappear from the narrative.
They also discussed keeping the Intelligence community and Dr. Fauci’s team at NIH updated “getting something back to Tony[‘s] team at NIH” regarding the leaked DEFUSE materials, and “chatting to the intelligence folk.”

The coalition of frauds believed that gain of function was used. Remember how we were all silenced for saying this? We were all conspiracy theorists for logical assumptions, and told we weren’t scientists, so we couldn’t have anything to say.
The authors believed Gain of Function work was happening at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, with help from American institutions: “A lot of the GOF work on SARS-like CoVs is also from WIV, although there are also other labs that have been doing that (e.g., Baric).”
