Senator Eric Schmitt uncovered a shocking memo that attempted to give 3.1 million illegal aliens, potentially including Tren de Aragua, temporary protected status for anyone who could face natural disasters, violence, or “any extraordinary and temporary conditions” to remain and work legally in the United States. That could take in anyone from almost anywhere in the world.
They also had a plan to make their status permanent.
The memo acknowledged that TPS applications took an average of six months to process, meaning anyone made newly eligible during Biden’s final weeks would not have received a decision before Trump took office.
It was absurdly done at the last minute, attempting to turn the backlog over to President Trump.
BREAKING: I am releasing a newly obtained internal Presidential memorandum from the Biden White House.
It details how Biden was advised to block President Trump’s deportation of 3.1 MILLION noncitizens—including Tren de Aragua members—through “Temporary” Protected Status. pic.twitter.com/oIquq3pRm7

The motive was plainly stated.
The memo states the motive openly: appease Leftist stakeholders.
Supporters wanted Biden to “protect” migrants from President-elect Trump’s “planned mass deportations.”
They were asking a defeated President to obstruct the immigration mandate Americans had just delivered.
The memo openly discusses rushing TPS extensions/redesignations and new designations before January 20 specifically to shield people from “President-elect Trump’s planned mass deportations.”
It frames the lame duck’s team’s actions as a deliberate barrier.

The Venezuela redesignation alone would have shielded another 455,000 people from deportation, possibly including Tren de Aragua members.
The Biden Administration laughed off possibly unleashing a Venezuelan terrorist gang inside America as a partisan argument.

The worst proposals were never implemented. Biden did not create new designations for Ecuador or Guatemala, but did extend protections for nearly one million Venezuelan, Salvadoran, and Ukrainian nationals one week after receiving the memo.
Schmitt explained that it was a gimmick to set up permanent mass migration into the USA.
Here is the TPS racket:
- Declare an emergency.
- Grant “temporary” status.
- Wait for the emergency to pass.
- Extend the status anyway.
- Repeat until temporary becomes permanent.
Democrats built a one-way racket for mass immigration.
If Democrats get back into office, they will open the borders.
