Breaking…Texas sues 4 states that violated their own election laws

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit today against the battleground states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin in the U.S. Supreme Court over unconstitutional changes to election laws.

“The four states exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election,” a press release states. “The battleground states flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated, and counted.”

In other words, these states are disenfranchising the voters in other states. In this case, Texas voters are disenfranchised.

Otherwise, if nothing is done about this, every state can then overtly violate their own election laws.

The left claims the case is a stunt and it will fail. But we like it here at the Sentinel.

“Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures,” the lawsuit states. “The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”

“Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election,” Paxton said. “The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections. Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”

Don’t think this won’t translate into more and more cities across the nation.

It’s scenes like this is why states just don’t want to “take the chance”. It’s why Trump says he regrets not putting an end to it.

In the end it may be moot. I suspected from the beginning the most likely remedy by SCOTUS would be to hand it to the Legislators. Early on Bannon was promoting this path. I assumed SCOTUS would prefer not to become mired in an explosive political fight and give it to the states in this manner. Bannon, and many others, are assuming these Republican legislators will side With Trump. Don’t be so sure. My suspicions were confirmed with John Fredericks on Bannon today. He had a caller who spoke to some legislator in Georgia and expressed his concerns how certain people will react, specifically BLM and Antifa. There will be a great deal of fear that these radicals will “burn the place down”. This particular legislator was also concerned about him, and his entire family being doxxed, attacked, and who know what.

This is a very dangerous situation, to have Anarchists groups wielding such influence and control over any segment of a society. Big Media and Big Tech have igniting the fire and continue to add fuel to it. It’s dangerous in that these domestic terrorists are increasing their ranks, mostly by Law Enforcement turning their backs on society in general. Some will say, “They’re just following orders”. The counter-argument is; do teachers unions sit back and do nothing. The unions for law enforcement could do the same by filing suit against those leaders in the community in the same manner as teacher’s unions do. If this continues, the country will degrade into a dystopian future, the likes no one can imagine. At this point in time, the apathy is becoming contagious, and beware when these organized forces achieve power over the masses.
