This Is What Americans Learned in 25 Years

When we lost nearly 3,000 people on 9/11, most of us were in shock. We had no idea. Now, 25 years later, we should be smarter. Radicals should be dealt with, not running for office or teaching our students. Take the case of Sami Al-Arian, a professor honored by two presidents.

Sami Al-Arian

Sami Amin Al-Arian is a Kuwaiti-born political activist of Palestinian origin who was a computer engineering professor at the University of South Florida. During the Clinton and Bush administrations, he was invited to the White House.

His main role was as a Palestinian Islamist jihadist. People didn’t know. However, now they are out in the open, and they have told you who they are. In Michigan, Abdulrahmen El-Sayed is a Sharia Islamist, and his agenda is a communist agenda. He is out in the open, yet he is leading in the polls. His father-in-law is prominent in the US Muslim Brotherhood, and he is funded by CAIR, which is tied to Hamas.

Sharia terrorists are spawned by the Muslim Brotherhood, and Michigan might elect him to the Senate over a centrist Republican.

We never learn our lesson. We didn’t know better then, but we do now, and we still aren’t responding appropriately.

Getting back to Sami. He pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to make or receive contributions of funds, goods, or services to or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Al-Arian, 48, was indicted in February 2003 on 17 counts under the Patriot Act. A jury acquitted him on 8 counts and deadlocked on the remaining 9 counts. He later struck a plea bargain and admitted to one of the remaining charges in exchange for being released and deported by April 2007. However, as his release date approached, a federal prosecutor in Virginia demanded that he testify before a grand jury in a separate case, which he refused, claiming it would violate his plea deal. He was held under house arrest in Northern Virginia from 2008 until 2014, when federal prosecutors filed a motion to dismiss charges against him.

He was deported to Turkey on February 4, 2015.

25 Years Later

We now have many more teaching, running for office, and screaming acrimonious invective in mosques. Americans do nothing, and for some reason, Democrats embrace them.

In retrospect, we fought a war on terror, which was a nebulous thing. We needed to identify the enemy and go after it.

Did you see the movie, Dunkirk? It was good, but it had flaws, one of which was not naming the enemy. I understand why they did it, but I prefer the truth. How do we solve problems without honesty?

We went through 9/11, and now we have a very scary candidate in Abdul El-Sayed and an equally alarming mayor in New York City, Zohran Mamdani. However, it doesn’t stop there. Communists and radical Islamists- not all Muslims, but radical ones- are running for office throughout the nation as Democrats.

The Sharia radicals take it literally and want to kill the infidel; others just want to subjugate us. Face the truth and speak it.

Sharia Islam is a problem in a free country founded on Jewish and Christian principles. Radical Islam is a political, economic, social, and behavioral movement. It is supremacist and tyrannical.

What did we learn in 25 years? You tell me.
