Approximately 44% to 45% of Canada’s population is either foreign-born (first generation) or has at least one foreign-born parent (second generation). About 23% of Canada’s population was born outside the country. Roughly 17.6% to 21% of the population consists of Canadian-born individuals with at least one foreign-born parent.
In major urban hubs like Toronto, foreign-born residents alone make up over 45%.
In Alberta, as another example, there are approximately 134,994 ongoing social assistance cases. Because many of these cases include families, this represents well over 175,000 individual beneficiaries across the province.
They have serious welfare needs, and Carney decided that a war with the USA was a good idea.
China, the EU, and Carney’s victim, Canada, are lining up against the US to break us. They want to strangle us economically, and the globalists seem to think Chinese communists are the future.

Daily Signal’s Hanson Report
Victor Davis Hanson described the four stages of Canada’s fall into economic peril. They are in Stage 4.
Stage 1 was the surprise that good neighbors could be angry with one another. Stage 2 was Prime Minister Mark Carney suggesting that the United States was solely culpable. The third was a recalibration. He was aligning with Maoist China.
Hanson said, “One of the reasons he was doing that is Canada has not utilized its treasure house of natural resources. I’m talking about precious metals, potash, timber, oil, gas, you name it.”
They are stagnant due to their European-style economy, and nearly half the country doesn’t have the same loyalty to Canada as natives do. Many are on welfare.
Carney is looking to the US to subsidize their economic and military failures.
“Alberta can’t make a pipeline to British Columbia because of us. It can make a pipeline into Washington. It can make a pipeline into the United States in the Midwest to sell its oil, but it can’t do it between provinces.
“So if you want fossil fuel products into Quebec or Ontario from Alberta, then they’re gonna come through the United States’ pipeline system.”
The US didn’t do that. We didn’t cause their insane immigration policies, net-zero, Green New Deal, solar, and wind. Instead, we warned them to stop.
“Stage four is more serious for Canada. The jobs report came out. They’ve lost 41,000 jobs just in one week of the tariff war. We created 160,000 in August. It’s gonna get worse for Canada.
“We have, as I said, nine times the population, 13 times the nominal GDP, and Canada is entirely reliant. Seventy-five percent of it is reliant. I don’t say that out of triumphalism or boasting, but in sadness for Canada. I don’t know what they’re doing.”
They are now going to rely on a calcified EU. Carney is a globalist, not a Canadian. “He had three passports before he became prime minister: Canadian, British, and Irish.”
Carney is the premier globalist.
Carney Better Not Go Too Far
He is also waging an anti-American propaganda campaign. He has left-wing governors and senators taking the Canadian side to hurt Republicans in November. He is also whipping up anti-American hate so they don’t call for separation. Americans are starting to notice, and they don’t like it.
Hanson said Carney doesn’t know what he is doing. The EU and China are cheering him on, but neither will go along with him. Carney is alone and doesn’t know it.
Carney has only 79 jets and 35 ships, nothing else. They rely on the US to protect their northern border against Russia and China. We protected them while they ran up a $50 billion deficit over failed ventures.
Carney is letting small businesses fold while his investments are not in Canada. “And so the whole thing is absurd. And I would just caution Mr. Carney: The one thing you do not want to do is so gin up this war that you get on the wrong side of the American people. But all that invective, all that cheap booing, all that grandstanding, all of your flirtation with this communist, lethal government are not going down well.”
