US Attorney Bill Essayli wants to know where $2 billion went in California under the horrendous leadership of Gov. Newsom and Mayor Bass.

He launched a task force that will look at the homeless spending. They will account for where that money went.

“There was an audit done at the order of a district court judge here, Judge Carter. That audit found that at least $2 billion of the LA money was missing. And, you know, someone asked me, How does $2 billion go missing? Well, it doesn’t.

“And we’re going to get to the bottom of it. We’re going to trace the money. We’re going to find out where every dollar went and if any laws were broken.

“We will bring charges.

“Now that does take time to build those investigations, but they are happening. They are moving, and I’ve instructed my agents and the prosecutors that it should be done in a matter of months, not years.”

What do you think about Mr. Essayli for US Attorney General?
