Return all destroyed properties to a special Nature Park allowing the land back to nature.
It makes no sense to build anything there with the earthquakes, the fires, and the upcoming civil race war… it would all have to be rebuilt every couple of decades from now on. Not rebuilding will save the taxpayers trillions over the next 75 years. Use some common sense for once.
