A mistrial in the Lindsey Clancy trial is shocking. The jury is deadlocked again, and the judge sent them back to try to reach a verdict.
Lindsey murdered three helpless children, her own children. However, once two jurors showed up for deliberations dressed in pink, it was likely this would happen. Lindsey Clancy said she killed her children with exercise bands.
Her lawyer is a creep; he laughed at the news that the jury is deadlocked. It’s really not funny. He is now claiming that the emotional toll a second trial would have on her is unfair and would be hard for her to handle.
Who cares about the toll on her? Maybe she shouldn’t have strangled her children.
Defense attorney or not I cannot imagine laughing in a courtroom after a jury says it cannot reach a verdict in a case involving three dead children.

Lindsey Committed the Murders
Lindsey Clancy claimed psychosis, which could be true, but the evidence included phone searches on carotid arteries, how to slit a throat, and disabling airbags as evidence of planning. Lindsay Clancy’s phone was also used to search the question “Can you treat a sociopath?”
Prosecutors believe that Lindsay planned to kill her three children by sending her husband to a pharmacy and to pick up takeout from a restaurant six miles away. She also reportedly used Apple Maps to determine how long it would take for him to return home.
Phone records show Clancy acting normally on the morning of Jan. 24; she shared a photo of Cora at the doctor’s office. Her then-husband responded with a photo of Dawson, who had successfully dressed himself for the first time that day.
She had previously described her son as a “most difficult human,” and he was the first one she killed.
She picked up the phone when her husband called her as the murders were about to happen or were happening.
Jurors were shown surveillance video from the pharmacy of Patrick Clancy on the phone with his wife, asking a question about the medicine.
“She was pretty quiet. It sounded like she was busy,” he testified Wednesday. “I remember hanging up thinking she was probably in the middle of giving baths or something like that.”
The Lindsey fan
Rob Finnerty spoke with a Massachusetts supporter of Lindsey Clancy on his show last night. The fan also thinks the “jury’s out” on her guilt. She thinks it is inconclusive despite Lindsey’s confession. Lindsey was the only one with the children, and all the forensic evidence points to Lindsey. There was an investigation, but they got all they needed quickly. Lindsey described what she did in detail.
It’s hard to understand how anyone could say she didn’t do it or that she’s innocent.
Lindsey planned the murders. If she doesn’t go to prison for life, she needs to be in an insane asylum for the rest of her life. If she goes to an asylum, she could one day get out.
Finnerty let her talk, and here is her reasoning.
This is so crazy. Mrs. Saunders is like any of these women in pink standing outside the court, forming hearts with their hands. They run on emotions, not evidence. Are we really going to be a nation that makes excuses for child killers?
