There Are Damning Key Pieces of Evidence as to Lindsey Clancy’s Guilt

Lindsay Clancy, 36, faces three counts of first-degree murder for strangling her children—Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months—in their Duxbury, Massachusetts home in January 2023. She pleaded not guilty, citing postpartum psychosis.

Two female jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial reportedly entered the court today wearing pink, fueling speculation that they are signaling support for Clancy. The radical feminists protesting outside the court wear pink in support of Lindsey Clancy.

A jury must be impartial.

There is also some very damning evidence in this case.

Did You Know

Lindsey Clancy claimed psychosis, but the evidence included phone searches on carotid arteries, how to slit a throat, and disabling airbags as evidence of planning. Lindsay Clancy’s phone was also used to search the question “Can you treat a sociopath?” on Jan. 20, 2023 — four days before Clancy killed her three children, a state police investigator testified at her trial on Thursday.

Prosecutors believe that Lindsay planned to kill her three children by sending her husband to go to a pharmacy and pick up takeout from a restaurant they didn’t normally visit. She also reportedly used Apple Maps to determine how long it would take for him to return home.

Phone records show Clancy acting normally on the morning of Jan. 24; she shared a photo of Cora at the doctor’s office. Her then-husband responded with a photo of Dawson, who had successfully dressed himself for the first time that day.

She picked up the phone when her husband called her.

Jurors were shown surveillance video from the pharmacy of Patrick Clancy on the phone with his wife, asking a question about the medicine.

“She was pretty quiet. It sounded like she was busy,” he testified Wednesday. “I remember hanging up thinking she was probably in the middle of giving baths or something like that.”

The rest of the case is just noise.

Opinion

The defense highlights her medication and mental derangement. She sounds more like a sociopath or psychopath than someone with a mental illness. She did searches on medication and suicide. Many suicidal people take others with them. Pilots have been known to take entire plane loads of people with them.

It’s been three days and still no decision.

As for the jurors in pink, the judge should question them as to why they wore pink. If they did it to show sympathy, they should be removed immediately.
