Between screaming in a phony southern Black accent and laughing at nothing, she is the most insane of any candidate in the 2020 race. She lists the far-left issues on the agenda in a frenzied rush on the full video.
You have to give Democrats credit for scraping the bottom of the barrel to find candidates. She bashes the President for not telling people to wear masks sooner but he followed the advice of doctors and scientists.
