Happening in all the blue ruined cities. Even up in Niagara Falls NY. Used to be a beautiful safe city. It’s now a total mess. That photo reminds me of a similar scene on 19th Street on my last visit to the Falls.
This is typical leftist play. Push the cities to the point of collapse, where all the decent people leave and all that’s left are the one’s totally beholden to the state. This is why democrats enable criminals and criminal activity, to get rid of all of those who oppose their agenda.
Fences work, as is demonstrated here. Does the city supply the homeless with a tent and drug money?
