When the interviewer asks Thune about Donald Trump as an alleged a sexual abuser [E. Jean Carroll], and facing criminal charges, Thune said he’s supporting him because the voters picked him.
He also disagrees with Donald Trump about the last shady presidential election.

Why not chose someone this time who understands economics, has actually ran a successful business and has wrangled with dumb government policies? Another career politician who couldn’t run his law firm before election should be disqualified.
Thune is bad, but not as obvious as Mitch. Thune tries to play both sides, the RINOs and conservatives. Notice the interview was content free, on leftist CBS, which of course insulated Thune. There was no discussion of any issue, such as spending, the invasion, Ukraine. If Thune and Cornyn split the vote, a challenger can emerge.
We don’t need another big spending, suck up to the Democrats, establishment RINO. There are a few I’d like to see who are fighters for America and the citizens of the US, not the entity of the Republican Party and not for the government as such. Senator Rick Scott is one such man and has challenged Mitch for the job.
Thune is about as honest, courageous, principled, intelligent, and intelligent as Hunter Biden.
