Secretary Mullin’s press conference today covered ICE arrests of the “worst of the worst” in New York and it was horrifying. ICE took 2100 monsters from foreign countries off the streets. They were rapists, murderers, gang members, traffickers, child sex abusers, and killers.
These illegal aliens are the people that Gov. Kathy Hochul, Mayor Zohran Mamdani, and District Attorney Alvin Bragg allow to rape, abuse, and murder innocents.
“For the last 30 days,” Secretary Mullin said, “Operation Rotten Apple has taken over 2,100 criminals off our streets. That’s the worst of the worst. 2,100. We focused on them all across the state of New York.
“These arrests included gang members, rapists, murderers, and child predators. Which I believe there’s a special place in hell for those individuals.
“Here are just a few. As you look right here beside you, there’s a few individuals here that we have highlighted.

- “A 50-year-old citizen from Ukraine, whose criminal history includes conviction of kidnapping, abduction, possession of a weapon, and murder.
- “We have a 38-year-old citizen from India who has a criminal history that includes conviction of rape in Germany.
- “Yet under the Biden administration, we allow this individual to come in and roam our streets.
- “A 53-year-old from Colombia who was arrested of sexual assault against a child.

“These individuals should never have been on our streets. But while the radical left sanctuary states protect illegals under Trump’s administration and the Department of Homeland Security, ICE officers, which is our Immigration Custom Enforcement officers, are out there every day protecting Americans.”

This weekend, the Washington Post lamented the success of Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement by claiming that it has resulted in record numbers of ‘non-criminal’ illegals being deported. As I wrote yesterday, the real story was that the Department of Homeland Security has found, detained, and deported record numbers of illegal aliens overall – and almost two-thirds of them had separate criminal records by WaPo’s own numbers. That’s more than twice the average rate among American adults (29.5% according to PolitiFact).
Neglect or Criminal
Secretary Mullin describes what went on under the Biden administration as true neglect at best, and criminal at worst. Mullin said that allowing 450,000 kids to go missing was unconscionable. President Trump has made it a point to find these children. DHS partnered with DOJ and HHS to find them, and they have found 146,000 kids so far, and nearly 300,000 are still missing.
Some of these children were raped 600 to 700 times. Who would not want them to find these kids? Most of these children were found in sanctuary cities.
Apparently, Hochul and Mamdani don’t want them found. Hochul passed a law to make it as hard as possible to find these innocent babies.

ICE will continue to arrest these aliens outside courtrooms. They will arrest them, and it’s legal.

These are individuals that we took off the streets of New York to protect the people here because you have a mayor that refuses to work and actually, as I said earlier, is trying to cut the NYPD budget by $22 million. Hochul is planning to let or did let 7,000 alien criminals out on the street. At the same time, Zohran is defunding the police.

President Trump is using the leverage he has to try to force New York to do the right thing and let the police help ICE. So, what does the corrupt Governor do? She accuses President Trump of defunding the police. Zohran is running around demanding we abolish ICE.
