This Manhattan court case is historic in that it is the first time the prosecution and judge cannot show a law was broken. So, where is the crime? It’s indefensible because there is no crime or even a code violation. The prosecution is throwing everything against the wall, trying to make Donald Trump look like a womanizer and thought criminal so the jury will find him guilty of whatever the crime is supposed to be.
