Update: Judge Talwani has backed down and will temporarily allow President Trump’s mail-in balloting order to go through. However, there are other lawsuits that could stop it. Democrats will make sure it doesn’t go through for November for one reason: they want to corrupt the vote.
The executive order directs the U.S. Postal Service to, among other things, track mail-in ballots and potentially reject those submitted by people not on a federal list of eligible voters.
Talwani probably got the word that another district judge will block it. This way, no one ever gets impeached.
Obama Judge Indira Talwani violated the Supreme Court’s order banning nationwide blocks by district judges. However, she hasn’t yet officially ruled on the most recent emergency order allowing parts of the mail-in balloting executive order to go through.
The Supreme Court lost their enforcement mechanism back in the early 1800s, but either they or perhaps Congress could impeach her. Congress can legally take her district away. Certainly, her order is illegal and the President should not follow it. The USPS should go ahead.
If they won’t even impeach Judge Boasberg, they probably won’t impeach her. Without accountability, rogue judges will keep ignoring the Supreme Court and they will escalate. It appears she is escalating.
She even accused the government of “feigning complete compliance” as she refuses to abide by the Supreme Court rulings banning nationwide injunctions by district judges. District judges’ rulings can ony affect their districts.
This is unprecedented and unconstitutional, but this challenge to SCOTUS’s authority and delaying tactic might be worth it to her. There is never any accountability.

There is no reason for Norm Eisen and Marc Elias to be upset about President Trump’s EO unless it interferes with election fraud.
Marc Elias had a meltdown about the Supreme Court ruling on Trump’s elections EO.
