When have the Republicans ever saved us?
When Trump was inaugurated, he had Republican majorities in both the House and Senate. Glory and trumpets! Finally! Everything was going to get better!
Umm … I’m wracking my brain, but I just cannot recall “the Republicans” doing one single thing to begin “saving us” from the eight jaw-droppingly horrific years of the Obama Regime. To the contrary, as soon as the inauguration was over, the “minority Democrats” and their media minions immediately began swinging for the fences in their relentless efforts to tear Trump to pieces and trample him underfoot.
And our hero Republicans? What did they do? “Save us?” Is that what that was?
But, yes, of course. Silly me. It will be different this time.
