The Rockville rapists will defend their heinous act – alleged heinous act – at least in the case of the older rapist – by claiming it was consensual.
Lawyer David Moyse admits part of his strategy in defending the Rockville rapist Henry Sanchez Milian is to raise questions about the character of the 14-year old victim. He told Tucker they will claim the sex was consensual.

If within four years of 18 years, it is consensual according to the defense attorney, thereby ruling out statutory rape, if the forced rape charge doesn’t hold – at least that’s when he says. He must think he’s trying the case in a sharia court in Baghdad.
The child was grabbed by these two illegal alien rapists, ages 17 and 18, one dragged her into a boys bathroom where they both raped and sodomized her. People heard her screams. She ran for help immediately after the rape and suffered physical trauma.
The two “alleged” rapists, Jose Montano and Henry Sanchez Milian, came into the country as unaccompanied minors and HHS sent them to the homes of relatives in Maryland this past year. The 18-year was wanted by ICE for deportation though they both would have been deported if U.S. law had been followed by the Obama administration.
Tucker demolished him. He asked him who was paying him and would he also represent him in the immigration case.
Moyse wouldn’t say who is paying and he doesn’t do immigration law.

Carlson tried to get Moyse to say how he’d feel if it was one of his daughters. The lawyer said, there “could be a number of questions asked about all three of the people involved in this” case.
To which Carlson responded, “Man, you better be right about this if you’re good to be impugning the character of a 14-year-old girl who says she was raped,” Carlson exclaimed. “Other people said they heard her screams. To impugn her character, you really before God better be sure that you are on the right side of this.”
Where are the feminists, where is the media? It’s been barely mentioned online and it has not appeared on the evening news of the major networks.
Notice how the lawyer said the father is “in this country” and didn’t say he’s legally in the country.
