MTA Spent $7.5M to Keep People Out of the Subway

The MTA, which runs short of funds every year, has allowed people to jump turnstiles at a cost of $800 million.

They spent a $7.5 million on a study to prevent the turnstile jumping.

The trial is underway at Flatbush Avenue by the Barclay Center in Brooklyn.
