Rockville Rape Is Now a Child Pornography Case

In the alleged Rockville, Maryland school rape case, WBALTV reported that the Montgomery County District Court Friday officially dropped the charges against the 17-year old and will drop the charges against the 18-year old Henry Sanchez-Millian. They are the two illegal aliens who were accused of raping a 14-year old girl in the school bathroom, causing a community uproar.

The lawyers argued that statutory rape didn’t apply because the difference in their ages was within the limits. The girl is a 14-year old child and the older man is 18 years.

What the State’s Attorney John McCarthy said is there was insufficient evidence. However, the defense attorneys said: “I commend the State’s Attorney’s Office for doing the correct thing and dropping the rape charges, because obviously, this young girl was not raped, as we stated from the beginning. It was a consensual act between two juveniles,” said Maria Mena, a defense attorney for the 17-year-old student.

The prosecutor didn’t say it was “consensual”. He said he didn’t have sufficient evidence and he didn’t say the girl recanted her story.

At least one of these two men (perhaps both) is still going to face “child pornography” charges because the victim is a child.

She took pornographic photos or video of herself.

The defense attorney, Maria Pena, says if they charge her client, they should also charge the girl because she distributed the video.

Sanchez-Milian will face the court on child porn charges within 90 days.

With a little luck, they will be deported first. Do we really need people like this here? The girl is a 14-year old high school Freshman.

  1. This prosecution will be much easier. But, watch the illegals not be deported. And, watch ignorant citizens not know or not care.
