Democrats Collude with Russia To Block the Magnitsky Act

We have an update! Mr. Browder did get to testify Thursday. You can listen for yourself.

The real collusion over the Magnitsky Act appears to be by Democrats. They are blocking a key witness about the shadowy Fusion GPS link to Russia and the Magnitsky Act.

After accusing Donald Jr. of colluding with Russians, we have discovered that it was Hillary Clinton who wanted Magnitsky repealed, which is what President Putin also wants. We are now finding out that Democrats won’t let the key witness testify.

Fox News reported:

Senate Democrats used a parliamentary maneuver Wednesday to cut short a high-profile hearing, where a key witness was set to testify on Russia’s misdeeds and also raise fresh allegations against the company behind the infamous anti-Trump dossier.

Bill Browder, the CEO and co-founder of Hermitage Capital, was set to tell the Senate Judiciary Committee that the co-founder of the firm Fusion GPS was hired to conduct a “smear campaign” against him. Further, he planned to testify the campaign was orchestrated by Natalia Veselnitskaya — the Russian attorney who sought the highly scrutinized Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, and then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort in June 2016.

He was interviewed by Martha McCallum on her Fox News show.

I find something rather suspicious after listening to Browder for about an hour. He has used quite a few Democrat talking phrases.

There have been a great many accusations that have been levied. As usual is the case, evidence is seldom presented. We have to rely on the charges alone. In most all these type of hearings the witnesses are chosen for the sole purpose of furthering a specific agenda and questioning reflects that.

One of my main question is, and has been for quite a long time, is WHY in hell do we allow ANY Foreign agents to Lobby OUR Government.

I had no idea either. My daughter, who lives in China, has had a number of Russian friends who have thought Americans are basically out of touch.

Greg you are right, we have massive hypocrisy our country (.the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform) ……………the one good thing about electing Trump, its being exposed beyond belief, I knew things were bad but no idea it was this bad!!!!!!

After watching the first half-hour I can’t help but find it humorous. If one analyzes what is charged against Russia we can cite similar results with this country. We have our Own type of Kleptocracy. It can be something as small scale as a Guitar company to the IRS being weaponized and thousands upon thousands more. This doesn’t even include the Russian hysteria by nearly everyone, including Politicians, Media and Pundits. Have we seen anything remotely similar to this in Russia.

We should not forget that much of the Russian Geopolitical scene began with the Beslan school siege. This could be considered worse than our 9-11 because it may possibly have been the first attack against school children. These animals Mowed down little children who tried to run away. It was during this time we had a President who hosted terrorists in the White House. How serious were WE in the fight against terrorists. When terrorists had an uprising in Chechnya we had condemnations for Russia and their tactics. As a country we lost our perspective.

After the Democrats pulled this 2 hour rule on Wednesday , Sen. Grassley put out this statement……..“I don’t know if the minority is intentionally trying to block testimony that may be critical of a firm behind the unverified Trump dossier, but I’ll bet two bits that had Paul Manafort or Donald Trump, Jr. appeared at today’s hearing, it would not have been prematurely shut down,” Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said in a statement. “The Democrat leadership is playing politics, plain and simple.”
