Two days ago, Rep. Mike Rogers threatened to remove committee assignments from the rebels fighting Kevin McCarthy for Speaker.
He’s at it again.
He’s now calling the rebels “legislative terrorists who have no problem killing the hostage.”
Warmonger Rogers, who expects to be given the very important chairmanship of the powerful House Armed Services Committee, said if the 20 “belligerents” won’t do a deal for Speaker, they’ll start negotiating with Democrats next week.
If they do that, they will blow up the Party.
Rogers, who sided with Jim Comey over Donald Trump, said if there were no path, Republicans would negotiate “across the aisle.”
“You don’t negotiate with terrorists,” he said.
WOW! So, Lauren Boebert, Chip Roy, Byron Donalds, and the others are “terrorists” to Mainstream Republicans?
Who needs Democrats when you have Republicans ready to destroy other Republicans?
He also has a delightful sense of humor, and promised them something for their votes.
“Oh, we’ll give them something. One thing about votes in the minority: they’re always rentable. Sometimes they’re expensive, but they’re always rentable,” he said snidely.
Well, we know he’s for sale. He sold his soul to chair the Armed Services Committee and continue his warmongering.
“And so that’s why I say I hope next week we come back – you’ll find a lot of us will – we’ll either see there’s a path, or we’ve got to go across the aisle,” Rogers told DailyMail.com while fellow Republicans were battling inside the House chamber.

If the Republican caucus is stupid enough to negotiate with the Democrat’s in getting McCarthy voted in as House Speaker, the Republican party is over. They’ll get slaughtered in 2024. Simply because the Republican base will not turn out to vote for a party of Turncoats who sell out at the first sign of trouble.
Mike Rogers is so “moderate for a Southerner he is a RINO in training. A true go along to play along kind of guy. It this kind of Bullying, which was brought into the House by the Wicked Witch of the West, Nancy Pelosi, that the 20 are fighting. They are fighting for normal order where EVERY MEMBER gets to be heard and there is no retribution for representing your district. Democrats destroyed decorum. Pelosi turned the House into the House of Tyranny ruled by the Despot Queen Pelosi. During Pelosi’s reign, you did what you were told, or you were CANCELLED! In Pelosi’s House, you did what you were told or lost a Committee Seat. In a McConnell / McCarthy Republican Party you get primaried.
McCarthy tried the my way thing and in doing so, hardened at least half of the 20 into Never McCarthy hold outs. Arm twisting is one thing, but what we see from McConnell and McCarthy is campaigning against other members to solidify their personnel power. This is like a Pitcher on a baseball team campaigning for outfielders who can’t hit to make up for the Pitchers poor pitching skills. What McConnell and McCarthy is doing is totally different from a President campaigning for his pick of candidates who will help him to get his agendas through the Congress. The President is the Team’s Manager.
One of the best things the Conservatives have done is show us who the Jackasses and Elephants really are. The 2024 Elections will be a lot more interesting then the 2022 because people are starting to see their Representative’s true colors. So far my Representative has done anything to earn my vote! Our Representatives are so stigmatized that they can’t function because they are too scared of change.
While 10% of the Republican House is hard Right, well over 50% of the Republican Party, the voters. are now Hard Right due to Democrats. Many of the RINOs in the house today, over 30% are beholden to McConnell and McCarthy for helping them in Primaries against America First Candidates. The Old Guard Liberal, go along to get along, Republican will be pushed from the Republican Party, the rest will just die off. The Conservative Block has Drawn a line in the Sand and the Uniparty is in serious trouble. If America goes to Voter ID, on one voting Day with Paper Ballots, the Uniparty will be gone in one election.
The Republican Congress is not going to pass legislation. They can only but the Breaks on the uncontrolled Spending. RINOs, like Democrats. love to spend. The biggest impact the Republicans can have is on Government Corruptions, but a lot of RINOs are involved. The Bottom Line is that the Majority of the Republican Party in Congress is out of touch with the Vast Majority of Republican Voters. Republicans had the opportunity to crush the Democrats in 2016 and make the Congress Battles between the Moderate Republicans and Conservative Republicans. Leadership RINOs recruited a lot of Moderates and brought 3 rounds of RINOs into the Congress. Now the RINOs have created a situation of the Party Slitting in 2024. I feel the end result might be the Nation Dying before the RINO Geriatrics die off.

If these idiots cut a deal with the leftist Dems instead of their own party members, that will be the death of the GOP, absolutely. These knuckleheads act like finding an alternative to McCarthy is unthinkable.
BTW, the 20 need to make sure getting Rogers out of any leadership role is a primary issue.

A line of Republican Veterans took the stage for a briefing saying they have 291 ‘years’ of combined military service and complaining about this small minority. I really hate when people use the “combined” scenario. (A Combine is used for harvesting grain) The Revolution didn’t have a majority when it started. We wouldn’t have a Bill of Rights if it weren’t for a minority. Get off your egotistical horses and shut the hell up. They “claimed” that minority got what they asked for. From what I understand it isn’t guaranteed. I’m also a veteran and sure as hell don’t trust McCarthy. Once again when he rose up to speak he sounded like a person reading from a script for an acting part. It’s so phony it wreaks, and that is his nature.
