This is a day in New York City. A 10-year-old child threw a snowball at a car. The man got out and argued with the child. Then he slammed the young person’s head into the rear windshield of a parked car.
Who does that?
The police are trying to find him. This happened on Ocean Parkway. Anyone with information regarding the attack is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

Kid got a lesson on how to behave himself. He probably cursed out the guy and warned him he would sue if touched. Just because they are young doesn’t mean they are good.

I don t know who is right, I was not there, but was it only a snowball ?… or was it a rock ?… Was it the 15th time the kid had done that and had been warned 15 times ?… I am NOT saying it is ok to hit kids but there are kids that age that have stabbed… Read more »
