This is a day in New York City. A 10-year-old child threw a snowball at a car. The man got out and argued with the child. Then he slammed the young person’s head into the rear windshield of a parked car.
The police are trying to find him. This happened on Ocean Parkway. Anyone with information regarding the attack is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

Kid got a lesson on how to behave himself. He probably cursed out the guy and warned him he would sue if touched. Just because they are young doesn’t mean they are good.
I don t know who is right, I was not there, but was it only a snowball ?… or was it a rock ?…
Was it the 15th time the kid had done that and had been warned 15 times ?…
I am NOT saying it is ok to hit kids but there are kids that age that have stabbed or shot people…
