Wikileaks Calls Out Nonsense About Sealed FISA Indictment Issued Against Trump

Total nonsense that Trump has been indicted by the FISA court. Constitution requires Grand Juries alone issue all serious indictments.

A blogger named Claude Taylor, who has 159,000 Twitter followers, wrote that a “sealed indictment has been issued against Trump by FISA court to serve as the basis of Impeachment.” Heat St. editor, and seriously obsessed Trump hater, Louise Mensch joined with him in publicizing it.

The blew it up into a Twitter storm and we reported it here. It can’t be from the FISA court. FISA Courts are in charge of national security warrants and indictments come from grand juries.

Obviously a sitting president can’t be indicted either until the president is impeached first, and maybe they can never be indicted – some think that is the case.

The tale has been shared thousands and thousands of times on social media.

Louise Mensch, who might be letting her judgement get clouded by wishful thinking, included the report on her blog Patribotics:

Separate sources with links to the intelligence and justice communities have stated that a sealed indictment has been granted against Donald Trump.

While it is understood that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution means that, until Mr. Trump is impeached, he cannot be prosecuted, sources say that the indictment is intended by the FBI and prosecutors in the Justice Department to form the basis of Mr. Trump’s impeachment. The indictment is, perhaps uniquely, not intended or expected to be used for prosecution, sources say, because of the constitutional position of the President.

Taylor also tweeted the following which was ‘liked’ by 3.6 thousand people on Twitter:

It is an embarrassment for Mensch to join up with a kook like Taylor.

Taylor says he worked in the White House under Clinton – that would figure.

However, while FISA didn’t issue an indictment, we could see some liberal grand juries in Northern Virginia or Eastern New York issuing an indictment. Leftists don’t go by the law, they go by feelings.

Taylor also tweeted this yesterday and it looks like more wishful thinking.

Taylor, an hysterical leftist Dem, has already convicted Trump and, as it turns out, Vice President Pence as well [this tweet was ‘liked’ 7.7 thousand times].

That won’t stop the left from saying this is Watergate. They will continue to say Trump admitted to NBC’s Lester Holt that he ordered Comey fired with concerns over his handling of the Russia matter and that is, the left concludes, obstruction of justice.

Comey has indeed handled the case abysmally. Comey couldn’t find a thing against Hillary but this endless investigation has so far shown no evidence Trump and Russia colluded, yet Comey continued to fish around. Don’t be surprised if Comey shows up on MSNBC as a commentator.

Even Watergate reporter Bob Woodward said it isn’t Watergate – yet.
