Traditional Americans are dying off and the youth have been taught by the furthest left among us. Americans are becoming left in every way, politics, cultures, economics and the ideology has overwhelmed Hollywood and TV as their acolytes reach adulthood and take over the industry.

A rare voice of reason and logic is Clint Eastwood who counters the hard-left in the media but he is now 86 years of age.

The Hollywood icon gave a master class at the Cannes Art Festival this past weekend and received a standing ovation in a packed auditorium, Variety reports.

Political correctness is “killing” us, he said, and ‘we’ve lost our sense of humor”. Some might disagree and say there is still humor, and it’s the only humor allowed, which is to ridicule the right. Everything else is mostly off bounds.

Eastwood was talking about his famous film Dirty Harry when he said, “It was far-out at that time… A lot of people thought it was politically incorrect. That was at the beginning of the era that we’re in now with political correctness.”

“We are killing ourselves, we’ve lost our sense of humor,” Eastwood added. “But I thought it was interesting and it was daring.”

Eastwood will soon direct The 15:17 to Paris, a movie about the three Americans who took down a jihadist preparing to attack on a train in 2015. He has no immediate plans of acting again in a movie though he hasn’t ruled it out.

Watch this scene from Dirty Harry – it’s funny. It’s when we were allowed to laugh at ourselves.

Remember when we could laugh at ourselves without having to worry about being called racists and when cops weren’t being shot for being cops? (vulgar language)
