In an interview with The Washington Post on Tuesday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said that Democratic candidates should not be forced to toe the Democratic Party’s official line on abortion.
“This is the Democratic Party,” she said. “This is not a rubber-stamp party.”‘
Actually it is.
Rabidly pro-abortion-on-demand Nancy now says it’s okay to be pro-life.
“I grew up Nancy D’Alesandro, in Baltimore, Maryland; in Little Italy; in a very devout Catholic family; fiercely patriotic; You know what? That’s why Donald Trump is president of the United States — the evangelicals and the Catholics, anti-marriage equality, anti-choice. That’s how he got to be president,” she said. “Everything was trumped, literally and figuratively by that.”proud of our town and heritage, and staunchly Democratic,” she added, referring to the fact that she is the daughter and sister of former mayors of that city. “Most of those people — my family, extended family — are not pro-choice. You think I’m kicking them out of the Democratic Party?”
Wow, devout Catholic, patriotic? Seriously? She at least gets it that they’re losing the pro-life Catholics and evangelicals. She’s a phony but she’s not as dumb as the DNC chair Tom Perez who told the truth – there’s no room in the Democrat Party for pro-lifers.

Not all Democrat leaders feel the same. The 28 percent of Democrats who oppose abortion have no place in the Democratic party, according to Dick Durbin and Tom Perez.

Dick Durbin says pro-lifers can join the ranks “as long as they are prepared to back the law, Roe versus Wade, prepared to back women’s rights as we’ve defined them under the law.”
In other words, they have to say publicly they support abortion.
Then Perez said it wasn’t negotiable at all – you’re pro-aboriton or else get out. “That is not negotiable he said in a statement.
Nancy agrees with them but at least she understands the party needs that 28 percent of Democrat voters who are pro-life.
In reality, she thinks late-term abortions are “sacred ground”. She told one pro-life Democrat that her mother had the right to abort her.
Listen to her quote church teachings – it’s very funny. The fact is Democrats don’t want pro-lifers but they need their votes.
