While discussing his expertise in American foreign policy, Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden incorrectly referred to the G7 as the G8 in Richmond, Virginia on Tuesday. That is important because it was G8 when Russia was in it and there has been quite a bit of news about that these last two weeks. Right after that, he talked about his expertise in foreign policy.
