A judge today ordered the Trump administration to release hundreds of illegal aliens, including many criminals. The judge claimed there is a law mandating warrants.
He wants them released with ankle monitors.
Judge Timothy Evans rules that DHS can’t make civil arrests of illegals at Chicago courts. However, he has no jurisdiction over the federal officers. He is simply delaying deportations.
Democrats will never wilingly let their alien criminals leave the country.
The left continually says many or most are not criminals. However, every one who crossed the border broke the law. They came illegally.
The media refuses to consider their crimes before they crossed the border. In fact, the Democrats insisted under the Biden regime that prior crimes are not important.

This order from the African anti american commie judge is a HOAX. He is Scotus’ Roberts partner in crime, but has NO power to release criminal illegal corrupt rapist invaders, who are in federal custody. Some one tell this ugly pocked up judge to phugg off!
I doubt much he gets his way. The corruption in the USA is very deep, it makes no sense for an honest judge to rule that way.
I suggest than Noem and Homan handle the situation, with Bondi not involved.
