Do liberals passively receive news & not know what’s going on?

Tim Pool on Twitter: “more evidence of a distinct gap in engagement between left and right liberals passively absorb news conservatives actively engage with and share news not every liberal or conservative, but in general.”

This does explain Joe’s popularity. His supporters don’t know what the hell is going on because the media is covering for him.

  1. The Plato quote (?) about being ruled by lessers (lessist!) if you take no interest in politics comes to mind.
    Joe’s popularity? Bwahaha!
Not locally but the comrades are moving in at a brisk clip and road upgrades are going on finally.

  2. The most uninformed are those that garner ALL their information(?) from the corrupted propaganda mill that is the MSM…and they are legion…currently, and for the past 12 months, they have been thoroughly bombarded with the psychological aspect of the Wuhan virus attack, to the detriment of the “news”, thanks to the same MSM…

  3. The polls are no more honest than the news sources or fact check sites.

The other aspect of it is the deficiency of the news consumers. Some it is a lack of raw intelligence. For example, if sources claim for 3 years that Trump is a Russian agent, a reasonable person no longer trusts those sources.

Or, consider the $3.5 million from the Moscow’s mayor’s wife to Hunter. To claim it is a conspiracy theory or a lie shows a lack of intelligence. The transaction is in official records, including the senate, and it triggered a suspicious activity report. It happened, so if someone claims it did not, without having the basic information, then one has jumped from ignorant to unintelligent.

Trump is a Russian agent? There is no evidence.
The Bidens took $3.5 million from Russia? It happened.
To be wrong on both issues is a cognitive problem.

  4. The polls are no more honest than the news sources or fact check sites. Nowadays, a news source needs to prove its integrity, which this site has done for years.

There is a basic intelligence/cognitive problem with news consumers. If a news source claims for 3 years that Trump is a Russian agent, a reasonable person no longer trusts those sources.

Hunter got $3.5 million from the Moscow’s mayor’s wife. It is in official bank records, also the senate record, and it triggered an international suspicious activity report. For a news consumer to say it did not happen, call it a conspiracy theory, shows a basic intelligence/ cognitive problem.
