Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is hospitalized with a gall bladder infection according to reports.
Justice Ginsburg underwent a non-surgical treatment Tuesday for a gall bladder condition called acute cholecystitis, the Supreme Court announced. This is the latest health concern for the 86-year-old Supreme Court member.
The court’s public information office said Ginsburg was resting comfortably at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and will participate in Wednesday’s teleconference oral argument.
