Douglas Alexander Herrera-Hernandez, an MS-13 gang member, also known as “Terror,” was arrested while walking in Arlington, according to Fox 5 DC. There was an all-points bulletin out for this illegal immigrant because he is wanted for two murders in Texas.
Arlington doesn’t call their town a “sanctuary town” but they are a sanctuary. That’s why Douglas made his way to Arlington.

Herrera-Hernandez is only one of 10,000 MS-13 gangsters in the United States. He has also earned the distinction of being one of Texas’ most wanted and is said to have killed one person in 2016 and another in 2017.
In one case, he murdered a 16-year-old at the Buffalo Run Park in Missouri City on June 13, investigators allege. They believe the 16-year-old had witnessed several gang-related murders and was working with authorities. The next year, he killed a fellow gang member after an argument.
Those are the two murders they know about.
Herrera-Hernandez is from El Salvador and in America illegally, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced.
The 20-year-old man is pending extradition to Texas where he will face criminal charges for the two murders.
ICE records indicate that Herrera was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in December 2014 when he entered the country illegally in Texas. An immigration judge ordered his removal to El Salvador after Herrera failed to appear in court in June 2015 for his hearing.
